We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join our team.
Main responsibilities include: providing high-quality, polite and friendly customer service, professional consultation, communicating with clients via phone and email, and preparing invoices accurately.
You are a suitable candidate if you have previous experience in a similar position, are flexible in your work, ready to handle diverse tasks, maintain a positive attitude and have fluent Estonian language skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- Interest in cars.
- Excellent command of Estonian, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
- Secondary or higher education.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and self-management skills.
- Responsibility, positivity and flexibility.
Considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in car sales, telemarketing or customer service.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
